So so bad hotel. The service is not good. Old hotel and so noisy.the restaurant in hotel so bad food. The people in reseption so pad treatment with customers.. Room service is so bad .you don't found hot water just in early morning.The tools they use to clean rooms are primitive.and not clean. The price is so high for this hotel.This hotel does not deserve any stars .

Staff were very helpful and friendly, although unnecessarily offended when we moved on to a different hotel (this was because we had already arranged a tour which started at another hotel). Service at the restaurant was slow but the food was prepared with great care. Laundry service was good.

Most of the staff was nice, even though they asked for tips (and not so subtly) for services we paid for. We booked a driver for a day, Shyam, and he was nice and accomodating.

We took a tour to Agra and Jaipur with the driver Brijendra. He was a very good driver, knew the way very well, and drove safely. We enjoy the tour and with the time with him. I'm strongly recommend him

Their staff is really friendly and welcoming. Rooms and washrooms are clean and their foods are excellent. Better than expected. Worth the money.

My room was not ready when I arrived at 3pm. Given room AC was not working and second room they gave, AC was not working as well. Really disappointed as I had to chase them to arrange a proper room. Bed is so hard not comfortable at all. Food was not tasty and the food court had a bad smell.

liked how it was central, about 5-10 min tuktuk to loads of shops and bars. very good AC and comfortable bed, room was nice and quiet, complementary iced tea. room service was pretty good (avoid the cheese grilled sandwich if u dont like mayo! but also that was on me for ordering a cheese sandwich in india). breakfast was nice (450 rupees extra per person) with unlimited coffee and watermelon, cereal, waffles, savoury options including cheesy pasta and local breakfast options that were tasty! the staff were so helpful, every floor had a housekeeping person who helped us with wifi, extra towels ect.
